I have to call it the most humiliating situation I was ever into.
I wanted to shift form Bangalore to Hyderabad, and they approached me with a very promising service and a separate truck for my luggage from there till here. They charged me 14000 for the transport.
It is not the concern of the money for me, but the false promises, and poor quality of service. Instead of sending me the luggage in a separate lorry, they packed them with their other cargo till hyderabad, and from their storage in a separate luggage auto which is very small for the huge luggage I have. The piled up my luggage like junk, and one person was sitting on my expensive mattress which was placed on top of luggage.
When I called them, they started being abusive. Also, they promised that they would take payment after unloading. But that was not the case. They said they will not unload the luggage until whole payment is made. I have to pay them to get the luggage unloaded. The reason I don't want to pay them is, I had seen neighbor of mine facing the issue with unpacking after unloading. The same happened with me., They told to to unpack the things myself.
Next came the insurance thing. They said they will be paying my insurance amount in 15 days. And later when I called, they never picked the phone. A month later, when I called, they said they would pay me in one month. They did not turn up. When I said I would complain in consumer court, this is their reply "Complain to Supreme Court" if you want. Are they GUNDAs?
