This is what I wrote. but no response. I even wrote to the Chairman of the company. But zero response.
Dear Sir/Madam,
We have used your services one day back to shift our house from Mumbai to Delhi. our CG number is MUM004975 and the shipment came from
Old Address: 501, B Wing, Building no- 23, Bimbisar Nagar, Goregaon East, Mumbai-63
New address where it was shifted: WZ 1200, Palam village, near Ramphal Chok, Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi
Complaint: Lot of things are missing from the luggage. our important documents (pan card, voter id card etc, our godrej safe, a complete professional make-up box and new curtains are missing. I am a professional make-up artist and you can imagine I have built that box over the years and it is my profession. Box is worth at least 80, 000. One container which is missing in luggage. we have that container in the documents given to us, then that number was changed (over writing) from 4575 to 4574
No action from your company side: The people we tried contacting for our redressal
The help line- didn't get any help.
Mr Umesh Mandal (932068xxxx)- The person who booked the shipment. Stopped picking the phone
Mr Kapil (749811xxxx) - Picks the phone. Reassures us but no action. Not able to tell us whether he is able to locate the box or not.
We have tried our best to explain and ask about a container which is missing in luggage. we have that container in the documents given to us, then that number was changed(over writing) from 4575 to 4574. The people who dispatched and deliver acknowledge that its been changed, as I have proof too.
After repeatedly been asked about the missing container, nobody is giving answers. Very very important papers and Godrej safe is in that container. So, if company now does not resolve or at least contact and find the missing container, I will be forced to lodge a FIR and more so go to the media, as my elder brother works with Aaj Tak. Inspite of using the best transport company if this is the level of service and response, I am sure public should be made aware. I expect a genuine help on this matter and urgently.
