We moved our stuffs from Bangalore to Kolkata (door to door) through Agarwal Packers and Movers. They have the most unprofessional staff that I have ever seen. In Bangalore, when they came to pack stuffs they were in God knows what hurry. Luckily, we had already made the inventory list, but the people who came they were in such hurry that we had to keep telling them, but in vain, to slowly pack stuffs so that we can cross check the list. They were not even packing the crockery sets properly.
When I asked them to wrap each unit individual, the concerned person was adamant in doing his way. The biggest issue came when our stuff reached Kolkata. Though it was a door to door movement, in Kolkata they asked for more money to get it deliverd at our door. When we said no, they threatened us of unloading the stuff at their office from where we had to get it picked at our own extra cost.
I will never recommend Agarwal Packers and Movers to anyone.
