I understand in any reallocation 100% items will not be intact but we expect the minimum damage when we hire with premium packers & movers like these fellows. They take money in advance and the insurance money also they take with a commitment that its the company's policy to compensate in case of damage. I was transferred from kolkata to Mumbai and when the unloading happened I found that my window AC is not working. There are other damages but that I did not count as I firmly believe that 100% ok delivery is not possible but when I am doing insurance I expect after delivery services for the damaged goods.
I requested them to look into the matter but their Kolkata office, Mumbai office and Delhi office did not bother to reply me back. I must appreciate that their delhi H.O. speaks in a very comforting manner knowing very well that actually they are not going to help the customers. We customers accept everything with the passage of time so the same way they know that initially we will run after them and after some time we will be tired and get it repaired of our own.
Friends the worst part is not that they did not attend to my problems but they back out of their promise and that is the cause of worry. I followed up for 4 months and every time I was assured somebody with visit my residence but frauds never surfaced at my home.
I am not here to recommend or not as in this field every body is a lier and fraud as far as their promise goes but please take their promise in writing so that one can approach consumer forum as their forms have more deadly clauses than the private insurance companies.
