It's time to share my experience with Agarwal movers & packers. My first line for them is this is a bunch of cheaters/robbers.
My cousin used their service & regrets it till date.Firstly they will present themselves professionally on call with all ettiquette until you the deal is fixed.
Since one of my cousin has SCM background he was well aware about packing, hence he made up his mind to watch their packing. The packers didn't come with bubble wrap & when questioned tried fooling us by saying that paper will take care of this products etc.
Since my cousin was present their he insisted & the glass items were only packed with bubble, this consumed lot of time since we had to arrange for bubble wrap.
In our presence packing was done veer well & were assured about delivery with in a week, which never happened.
I just wonder what magic they created that the well packed products got damaged & I when my cousin said that few things are missing I understood that the boxes were open in their HUB.
yes, i called them robbers because they stole few things & when my cousin inquired they have all rebuttals to it.
zero stars for their customer service & courtesy
stay away from this robbers
