Booked 11 packages from Dehradun to Hyderabad on 2nd december. Parcels were supposed to be delivered on 21st Dec, but they didn't delivered on time. Didn't even informed by call or mail. After so many calls to them (they keep giving you the number of different employees), finally got response from one member saying the vehicle got broke. Next day calling again to the local authorities got the information that driver is not well. So many misleading information to the confuse the customer.
Finally, after so many further communications, they delivered all the parcels on 5th of January (i.e. after 15 days of promised date).
Three painting were found broken, so again the whole sequence to calls started (worst thing is they will never revert back to you, you have to call them all the time). No response from they customer care too. Finally came to know that the Brother of Claim division's head expired (don't know, if it is true or again some excuse), then they said they don't have any vehicle free to see the painting (they are having only one vehicle to handle all the transportation).
Finally the person from claim department visited us, they took the painting and again after 2 weeks they returned it back (only fixed the glasses, didn't fixed the internals). They didn't even fixed the painting to wall (as they promised earlier).
So, if you have patience of waiting for one and half month you can opt for Agarwal mover and packers otherwise I will not suggest them.
