To be quite honest, I did look up the review on this site about this Packer and Mover to see what others had to say and considering I was moving from Kochi to Delhi, I was uneasy about a lot of reviews being written unfavorably about them (especially in NCR and Delhi areas). Reviews about the company not delivering on time and demanding extra money all made me even more tense on my maiden transfer to the Capital City. All not withstanding I decided to try them only because their quote for transporting my car was the lowest. I entrusted my car and one suitcase filled with personal belongings to Agarwal P&M Kochi on 29 Mar 10 vide GC No 216530 and of the Rs 14000/- that I was to pay I paid only Rs 10000/- with the understanding that the balance will be paid on delivery. I must admit the representative was prompt and punctual with the pick up time ( I am very particular about these little things) and in no time my car had been driven away to Aluva for loading. I was told I will get it in Delhi only by 8th or 10th of April.
On the 7th I called Agarwal Office at Delhi and spoke to Mr Sadanand who was polite and courteous to come back to me after cheking the particulars 10 minutes later to let me know my car will arrive only on the 10th. On the 10th when I had called they told me that my car had arrived on the 9th evening itself to Gurgaon and were waiting to get in touch with me to fix up a delivery time. I was more than impressed when my car was brough to my place on a single car carrier all the way from Gurgaon. Barring the fact it was slightly dirty on the insides there were no damages and care had been taken to dismantle the Ariel of the car befor loading it in Kerala. Not a thing had been pilfered either. I paid up the balance money and the local company rep who contacted me Mr Bajaran Sharma mentioned that the bill would be sent to me in two days time. Being a government servant I needed the bill to file my claim. Two days went by and when I contacted My Sharma, he said no one was coming my way and repeated the same to me on 14th April too.
At this stage I was beginning to feel that I would now be forced to go to their office some 10 Kms away and pick up the bill. Fortunately for me the driver of the truck that brought my car from Gurgaon (Mr Rajender) was kind enough to collect the bill for me and finally it was delivered on the 16th putting an end to my anguish.
Overall, I must say I have no reason to complain what so ever and I am very happy with the service. If any they could.
