Agarwal Movers provide good service as per my experience.
Actually it was my first experience with a packers and movers company when I have to shift from delhi to punjab. I was very confused that how to make the arrangement then one of my friend suggest me to go for Agarwal movers group. My friend also told me that they take whole responsibility of the belongings. But it is not true to say that they take 100% responsibility of the things, we also have to take care at each and every step.
Customer service of Agarwal movers is good as per my experience as it was whole there responsibility to pack, carry and deliver the objects. I really feel very low headache in this case as my responsibility was just to take care while packing and while there staff members were carrying the objects. As the objects include bed, refrigerator, Tv, microwave, LCD, sofa set, tables, so it is tough to pick all the things and moreover all the items were expensive. So I have to take care of all the things with them. It was not like that we give the contract to them and now we are fully free of everything. We have to take care of the things with there staff members.
Most important is making the list of all the items while uploading them in truck and then checking the same list while loading down the items from the truck. So you have to be careful that your stuff should not be missing.
In my case, I was lucky that no damage to any of the device took place and everything was smooth while traveling. But yes there is some problem with the staff, as they do not care too much about the belongings. They did all the packing very fast, even do not care about the making of tape that will remain on the wooden things after the removal of the tapes. So such small things need to be taken into consideration to provide a better and quality service.
Regarding the packing and the material used while packing was good. They used lots of cardboard to protect my stuff and lots of layers so that there should not be any damage. I still remember that I did unpacking of all the stuff later by my own and it was very tough to unpack everything. It was so well packed and lots of cardboard was in my house after unpacking all the stuff. So in case of packing the stuff, it is appreciable.
I want to give some advice that proper training of staff should be there, company should train the ethical values meanwhile with packing & moving training.
