Recently I have used their services for Shifting of goods from Mumbai to Delhi and there services have gone excellent to worst.
The furniture got damaged during intransit as they have unloaded the goods in their godown
Transit time take from Mumbai to Delhi is 8 days in place of 3-4 days promised by them
No insurance cover is taken by them inspite of their charges for insurance
4 No refund for damages has been given by them
Their behaviour is also very rude.
No. of labours used by them for unloading is only 3 against the requirement of 6-8 persons for carrying the goods to third floor.
They are not at all professional company and should not be utilised by anyone who wants quality services.
It is really very bad experience and strict action should be taken against such companies seeking exhorbitantly high rates against pathetic services
