This is an international BPO located in multiple countries and couple of cities in india too. In india they have campuses in Mumbai and Bangalore.
Since it is a BPO, you can imagine the kind of work they are into. I’m not against or pushing down people who work in this industry but yea even with the BPO standards this company is pretty low in standards. Here you need to compromise either on shift timings or the salary. If you want a day shift then the pay is really low like less than 10k. They will pay you 20-25 if you are willing to work in night shifts.
Even after deciding what you are comfortable with and choosing one. they have a rotational off. So the offs are not fixed - so that adds to more misery. Along with that, the campus and the infrastructure is not the best. It’s ok. The job security is poor, people management and HR is bad. The higher management is of not much help. But they do glorify it on papers with a lot of stats that is really hard to believe.
Finally, I’d say there are better places to work than this. Give a try elsewhere.
