Aegis is the domestic call centre for verious complanies like idea, vodafone, etc when I was gone to interview and I was registed my self and fill the form for interview and I was wait for long time like 4 or 5 hours then hr called me then takeing my interview she directly ask how much salary do u want so I was shocked she can asked me for about my self but she directly asked how much salary do u want I was confused and I answered to her question then she told me if I give u that much of salary you can able to do the job I told to her yes but she told me another question you can able to do shifts I told to her yes then she told me ok I will call u then I was come out and I m going to cafeteria for drinking water then I saw there is a lot of croud they are shouting like fish market then I saw there is no experience hr they dont have sense to talk its very bad experience my life.
