Hi, I would like to share with you the difficulty we had in buying a santro from ADVAITH HYNUNDAI in bangalore..
This was the first time we were going for another car other than maruthi suzuki as we had two already but the expericence was very bad when compared to a maruthi dealer.
First the Reps do not speak good english and their approach to the customer is pathetic (ANAND NANJAPPA and ROSHAN). To be frank I can tell that I was CHEATED.
First of all I was told by them that they provide music system but did not mention if it was a CD player or a Cassettee player, second they told that basic accessories will be free and did not mention what it contains, everything was in dark.. only if you ask them they would explain.
I would also want to tell you that this is the second time I am being duped here at ADVAITH HYNDUAI. First time I went when there was an offer in DEC but the payment was 2 hrs late so they did not give me the vehice inspite of this incidence I wanted to go for santro and that tooo with the same dealer as it was nearby but they were more rude this time.
I thought I am buying a world class car and expected the customer support or the presales support will be world class but I was dejected to get this kind of presales service. And the best of all there is no any feedback form given after the delivery of the vehicle is that true? Well I have had a very bad Experince with the Sales engineer ANAND NANJAPPA.
I would rate this person as he cannot attract customers but will definitely send them to another company or dealer. These guys lack EMPATHY which is the best tool any Sales or Customer serice REP can posses.
Well if I write then I think I need a day, I would like to end it here... my sinceare request is to imporve the reps and please educate them how to interact with customer... Inspite of all these problems and miscommunications we purchased the CAR as I told I AM IN LUV WITH SANTRO...No go for me.
Only thing I would like to tell is don't Degrade the company's value and respect due to these small issue.. Please address this to the best way where it can help your cusotmers.. I don't know if you are aware of ''WORD OF MOUTH''..
I was infact referring friends and collegues to go for ADVAITH but due to this incident I will have to think Twice, though I don't have anything personal with ADVAITH.
