I had book imagica ticket during April for visit 14th may 2016. I had visited imagica had poor experience. I had following concerns.
I had booked ticket for may from April for full price and other booked ticket during may got 10% discount under friends and family offer. I also confirm during April month while visiting imagica the staff in blue shirt and red tie out side imagica said that if any offer will be in may you will get discount as the offer is counted upon visit time.
Second we have 3 children out of that one was 1 year old so we requested for baby stroller while booking through net but straller was not provided due to non availability. We have book the ticket because of straller. Enter day we have to carry my kid in such a hot atmosphere. Even hardly able to visit 6 riders.
Third the staff misguided us while we entered in park he said to start with roller coaster while we had three children in such such hot temperature at 11 am we were not able to even stand in que of any ride. Instead of the he suppose to suggest us AC in house rides.
Fourth, the staff was not CO operative we have to divide in two group due to child. So waiting time was first group is 30 to 55 minutes and when they through the ride second group was able to take the ride after 60 to 120 minutes after the first group take the place to handle the kid. Staff should have helped the second group by giving the fast entry.
We are from Ahmadabad so I feel I have wested 15000 for imagica ticket, 15000 at hotel, 12000 at travelling expense and 4000 on food . so total West of Rs 46000.
