I am Birla sunlife policy holder. I can honestly say that the customer service BSLI are worst. When you call customer care they people are unable to provide proper solution and they will misguide you. They have predefined scripts and will not able to help you.
Regarding the customer services at Branch, Its also pathetic. If you have spoken to Customer care.statement of office and CCE will be different. If you logged a claim it can't be setteled on time if you have any urgency. No one at brach will pick your call.If someone picked he or she will not transfer to correct person.
So overall I can say customer service is worst.
