It is same as happened with every one. While selling the Insurance policy there representative will
show all nice figure for growth.
I have taken(BSLI Individual Life - Enhancer) plan. It is UNIT linked plan. When I purchased this policy SENSEX was at 5000 level(BSLI NAV 17.7266). And today Sensex is at 14000 level(BSLI NAV 23.2628) This is the worst performer plan. And I am in loss of 21000 rupees. This plan is showing worst than bank FD growth.
As of today after 3 years I have paid total premium of 111780=00 and my net fund value base on NAV is 90390.24.
Same thing happened with their Pension plan. I have paid 40000.00 and net value is 44000.00. Again less than Bank FD growth.
My sincear advice to all fo you please do not go with any of Birla sun life product if you want to save your hard earn money. Better than that you can but ITC Share per month of some fix amount and keep for 15 Year it will give you 10 times of return.
