Froud insurance company and agents... Review on Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance

Very bad experience with it. In 2011 I got a call from company advising me to close my existing Rd account and open new Rd plus insurance account with Aditya birla I'll have to invest 500 monthly the policy will mature after 5 yrs I'll get 42000/- at the maturity. I ask them to visit. I opened policy with it. Gave cheque. Policy papers came around after 1.5 months. I read the papers but I did not understand the papers. That was my biggest mistake. I approached company after 5 years after making regular payments. That time I undertake that policy was not as told to me. And the agency from whome I got call was froud agency and Aditya birla has blacklisted it. It was an endowment plan for 20 years. Now I am suffering due to poor guidance and support from insurance company as well. Fro. 2011 I am facing lots of problems with this company. I advise everyone not to associate with Aditya birla at any cost. They are not supportive neither they heard you properly. Only matters them is money. They wand only money. Nothing else
