I have taken birla policy some 3 years back the agent from birla sunlife has promised maximum return
it was anual premium of rs.100, 000//-( one lakh), which I have pay for 3 years but I asked him today I have money but in the next or 3rd year if I m not able to pay the premium so. He assured me that if u can not pay the next or 3rd year you get your money back after 3 years because 3 years is locking period and I agreed with him I paid first premium of rs, one lakh, some of family reason I could not pay the first and second premium because I was sure that atleast I get what paid I do not expect more,
But after completion of 3 years now company is giving me Rs.59867/- the balance will be deducted from my first premum
Its very hard earned money and they taking within a second, can anybody help me how can I fight with them for this trap, where to approach and how
