These bast*rds are cheating people left and right. wonder of wonders is that even the staff is unaware of what is what. the call center people have one explanation.The branch office has another and the head office has another. I will strongly recommend that no one should even be remotely assiciated with this insurance company as they dont have any service ethics or morals.
The website is poor and online services are worse. the staff is rude and hinks that they are doing us a favour. anyone wants birlasunlife should first call me at 9003918801 and only then decide for yourself. there are many other good companies in the market but DO NOT GO WITH BIRLA SUNLIFE. THEY SUCK
I went to the chennai adyar office and the people there dont know what they are doing. the customer care people will always have a different explanation and the best is that when I asked them to close the bloody policy and refund the money they have simply refused to acknowledge my mails which shows that their intention is to eat my money. no wonder insurance companies are going bankrupt, I pray that birla goes insolvent and aditya birla dies a dogs death
