Never take a policy when u know the agent or AM. Review on Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance

Hi,

I had a very bad experience. partly, its also my part for trusting him and I did not check. When I submitted an application for one policy, he faked my signature and put another policy in my name and I have been losing money twice in a month for 8 months now. The person gave me the document only after 3 months and that after continuous calling. Then I have been running behind him to solve this issue which he stated "just a duplication". I forgot that it is money and I jus trusted him since he is my friends husband. I have complained and lets see what happens. This is a good lesson I learnt.

My only advice, never ever put a policy through ur friend or friend's husband or ur friends brother .

1. always have a detail of all the applications you submit.

   
   




2. fill the form by yourself.

   
   




3. do not accept ECS facility. instead give post dated cheques or pay it yearly.

   
   




4. ask for the document if it does not come within a week.

   
   




5. In case you are not satisfied, contact the branch manager immediately.
