I have taken two policies from the Birla Sun both are life and endowment plans. I intend to take at least 2 more from these guys, The insurance professionals are helpful and know what they are talking about. They are niche palyer unlike ICICI who only plan for a market share. These guys are BIRLA - SUN both very strong concerns financilly and business oriented. They are focused and would do very well. They have policies which are easy to understand and costs are controlled. They have been doing very well in the market since there inception and would do well in future. The reson I BOUGHT polices from Birla Sun was due to the fact they were customer oriented, helpful, responsive, strong underwriting vaules and policies with excellent returns - WITH GUARANTEES. I have good experiences with them and would continue my relationship increasing my investments vertically and horizontally. The polciy document is easy and very presentable and professional. Unlike are govt. friends....total disregard to professinalism. They donnot run there business with non comital agents but with accounatble executives. I have dealt with Gurgaon office in JMD square. I must add it was areassuring experience and my family is financially secure
