THIS IS TO HIGHLIGHT THE INCOMPETENCE, HIGH HANDEDNESS AND STUPIDITY OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT OF BIRLA SUNLIFE MUTUAL FUND. MY FATHER HAD INVESTED IN THIS MUTUAL FUND(TO HIS DETERIMENT, AS WE NOW REALISE). THE COMPANY IS COMMITTING FRAUD BY CLAIMING THAT DIVIDEND CHEQUE HAD BEEN DESPATCHED TO THE CLIENT BUT DUE TO CHANGE OF ADDRESS, THE CHEQUE COULD NOT BE DELIVERED.
I HAVE REPEATEDLY INFORMED THE COMPANY ON MY FATHER'S BEHALF THAT THERE HAS BEEN NO CHANGE OF ADDRESS, YET THE COMPANY INSISTS THAT THE ADDRESS HAS CHANGED AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO DELIVER.
THIS NOT ONLY AMOUNTS TO DEFICIENCY OF SERVICE, BUT OUTRIGHT FRAUD.
PLEASE READ THE MAIL TRAIL BELOW WHICH PROVES THE COMPANY'S COMPLICITY IN THIS MATTER.
DO NOT INVEST IN ANY SCHEMES OF BIRLA SUNLIFE AMC AS I AM SURE THEY WILL PERPETUATE THE SAME FRAUD WITH OTHER UNSUSPECTING CLIENTS AS WELL.

I have clearly stated in my earlier mail that there has been no change
of address.
I will be now taking this matter up with Consumer Grievance Redressal
Forum as well and I am also going to post your responses on Facebook to
let the world know the brainless customer service offered by Birla
Sunlife Mutual Fund.
