My Friends Father got admitted at Aditya Birla Hospital on 6th April 2017. He was suffering from mild fever for 12 hours and fell down early in the morning, we rushed him to hospital and admitted around 9:00 AM. The doctor examined and admitted in th hospital in CCU ward for 24 hours observation, suggested MRI scan. but followed with marathon of tests, I have mention few tests here.

Urine Test(Charged but urine never taken)
Dengue Test
Malaria Test
Thyroid Test
ECG
several blood tests

All these tests are done in 24 hours and they were suggesting for angiography too. By this time we decided to get discharge as all the tests were nagative and we realized that this hospital is performing all the available tests at their disposal. The doctor suggested to move to general ward, but we took discharge. and the bill we recieved for 24 hours is Rs. 62, 000. without any diagnosis and any medicines too. Took him to another doctor and treatment is going on.
In india there is lack of accountability for tests performed and treatment provided in hospital, today I am sorry to say but support people hitting doctors in Maharashtra.
