Nothing good to say about the insurance company. They never settle any claims whether it's cashless or reimbursement. I had taken insurance for my senior citizen mother for two years and the premium was high. But when I wanted a claim settlement, they simply rejected without listening what we had to say. Very difficult to connect to customer care and the team doesn't know the process, instead we get automated tickets in response. The tickets would automatically close without any resolution.
Not recommended for any one and will never ever buy any products from them.
