The complaint was sent to you on 25/5/2014 by M/s DEEPIKA ENTERPRISES, tonk road, Jaipur and in turn you show disrespect to a reputed female customer by declining the reasonable complaint.

Do you thing such costly products are sent to the market without proper reseach and quality tests??Why should a customer face the music.?? It will be the company who shall pay all the dues for this sale and harassment. Company does not care after sale.
