I brought the ADATA HV620 1 tb harddisk two years ago and this is a best harddisk I ever used. It have some decent quality I like to share-
1- Data transfer speed, it has high speed data transfer(in usb 3.0 up to 100mbps and in usb 2.0 up to 30 mbps.
2-First external appearance, it looks stylish but with a glossy exterior which will catch fingerprints etc.
All side edges are raised so as to prevent scratches to prevent scratches.
The blue LED is too huge and bright and its lit duration depends on type of operation. You can clearly see it from away. Mostly a benefit.
One of the few non made in China things that I have laid my hands on recently. This one is made in Taiwan. Cant say if that directly translates into quality.
Go for it, the price difference is worth it
