It is an Indian TV show broadcast on Sony channel. The centre character or you can sat the defend layer of this show is Ronit Roy a very fine actor. His name in the serial is Karan Divakar Pathak(K.D. Pathak).
There is another character Sharman Jain who is the assistant of K.D. The dialogs of K.D using hindi words are very interesting. I recently watched one of their episodes where at the end justice is not denied and K.D. won the case. Very interesting show.
