We purchased 1 pair of gents shoes, 2 pairs of ladies footwear and 1 belt from your Action Exclusive showroom M/s Charan Paduka, ED-60 Madhuban Chowk, Pitampura, Delhi on 10/03/2009.
The 2 pairs of ladies footwear were not fitting well, we went to the showroom again on 18/03/2009 and requested for changing the sizes. Since the same designs in appropriate sizes was not available at your showroom, we had to buy 2 pairs with different designs. The total cost of original 2 pairs of ladies footwear was Rs. 948 and the total cost of replaced footwear was Rs. 831. The shop staff noted down the details in the Invoice and asked us to buy anything at a later date and adjust the excess Rs. 117 paid to them.
We went to the same shop again and unfortunately didn't liked any of the designs available at that time. We requested the manager sitting at the counter to refund us the excess amount paid to them. He refused to do so.
I have sent multiple emails to the director of the company but he has not bothered to reply back to even 1 email. It not a matter of just Rs. 117 but I am taking action against them so that this attitude of taking customer for granted from those narrowminded businessmen is prevented.
