I used the services of Acme Packers & Movers, Gurgaon in November 2009 for moving household items from Gurgaon to Mumbai.
-Their packers arrived 5 hours late; Brought dirty sub-standard used cartons for packing; Did a rough job to cover time lapse; Used foul language with my wife when asked to handle fragile material with care.
-The company asked to pay additional Rs 10, 000 as ransom against delivery.
-Delivery of one batch of items arrived 5 days later than promised; Had to stay in hotel at Mumbai due to this; Car and second batch arrived 15 days later than promised.
-Unloading was done by local partner company in Mumbai; Worse than the packing process.
-There were two boxes missing against the original number; Never got this back.
-Our hearts simply broke to see our expensive furniture & electronics in missing, damaged and broken condition.
-The company charged us Rs. 3, 000 extra for insurance but did not provide us any papers or claim
The company failed to deliver on all parameters of business and ethics. Use their services at your own risk to life and property.
