I did my MBA from Acharya and these are the Pros and Cons I found there.
Pros:
The only Plus point I found there was academically you need to give lot of presentations and that helps you to beat your stage fear.( At your own effort)
There are few motivating Professors(I can literally count them on my fingers who make acharya's experience worthwhile)
There ends the list of pros and now moving on to the dark side of Acharya.
1. Highly Commercially: All they care about is Money. From your fees to the extra deposit for seat to bulk fines for Attendance Shortage. They find any excuse to extract every ounce of your Money. All the Business talks that they give they apply it to their educational institute to fool the common man.
Rude & Disrespectful Staff: Be it current student or Ex-Student the admission staff will be very inhuman to you. There is nothing called Professionalism. When you approach them they are the busiest people ever and make you wait for hours for petite work.
Education/ Professors: For a subject like Accounts if you keep changing the professor every now and then, how will the student perform? That's exactly what happened there. There is instability in the system.
Infrastructure: Below average.
Placements: When your joining they quote 100% placement and give you 10%. So, the rest of the 90% have to go out and find. Then, why do they boast about it if they can't provide it.
So, now you can decide, Do you really want to go through all this?
THE CHOICE IS YOURS!
DON'T GO ON THE ADVERTISEMENT, THAT WAS MY MISTAKE. STAY ALERT & CHOOSE WISELY!
