Hey guys sonicflood_fan is back again!!!
Hey I read a couple of other reviews and guyz I think you gotto check up on today's Acer.for 46 k, I got a travelmate 4152 and here are a list of its great features!!
1.Bluetooth

3.1.66Ghz centrino Intel processor
4.512 MB DDR2 Ram(533 Mhz)
5.3 In one card reader(Ms,SD,xD)
6.4 usb Ports(High Speed 2.0)
7.Firewire port

11.Acer's W lan signal booster
12.8 cell battery
And a host of other usual features.
the same featur list give and take a few was 63k in toshiba,89 k in samsung,110k in Soni vaio,59k in LG x Note.Beat that!!!!!
And about the customer service,recently acer has employed HCL to take up its support and they are simply superb!!The laptop I bought had a minor defect(the PCIMA slot would not open properly).When we called support at like 11 am they told us to wait for a couple of hours an true to their word they arrived in time and fixed the problem without a hitch!i havent seen such a great support for dell or toshiba or even fr that matter Lg and samsung.
the laptops are cheap and ae absolutely superb performers and scored high with benchmarking tools like sisoft sisandra.It ran NFS UG 2 smoothly and satisfactorily.
One thing which is a drawback is the screen and the sound.The screen is OK and is not great like HP or dell laptops.The sound sucks and is nowhere near laptops like toshiba and HP.
But these drawbacks are overshadowed by the GREAT features which the acer laptops offer.
One more thing, The signal booster technology is so awesome that I can actually get the signal from hotel near my house which is like almost half a kilometer away!!!The Battery is great too.
overall I will suggest buying acer as its quality has improved greatly and will provide the best value for money your money can ever provide!!!!
