I am facing big trouble to purchase laptop from such a big company Acer on 31/10/2014 Rs.22900/-.From day one laptop gone auto shutoff mode within every 15-20 min.
Without any indication and total work is gone.
I thought after buying laptop my efficiency will grown up but it just opposite and my all the work is held up and have my losses is increasing only.
Now I am running pillar to post due your ignorance so many time I have lodge complaint and visit your service center as well as dealer but end of the result is big ZERO.
Service center people trying to solve and lastly they told me that mother board will be replaced.
Now as company you tell me that if manufacturing defect is in your system than why should we go for repairing I wants only replacement of system no repairing of new product.
So my humble request to you to replace the system ASAP otherwise I have no choice only go to consumer forum.
