Ease of use: I bought a 14 inch laptop which is easy to carry. But it weighs around 2.8 kg.feels like you are carrying a heavy stone in your bag.
Quality and durability: the key board is good but the skin of laptop is completely feels outdated.
Value for money: yes it is good to buy. I bought it for 31k in an online sale.
Service support: yes, I got warranty for an year and got replaced for free as my keypad once as one of the keys was not working.
