Acer Aspire 4710 is a normal laptop as compared to the other competitive laptops I bought Acer Aspire 4710 8 months before and it is not working as per my mind set a thought it would be the best laptop by the Acer company but now I am thinking to change my laptop again and told this Acer Aspire 4710 in second hand so that I can get some money for the new laptop and I am thinking to buy a Sony or Dell company laptops.
There are many points do because of which I am not happy from the Acer Aspire 4710 and these points are as follows
The first and most important thing of a laptop is the build quality and the build quality of Acer Aspire 4710 is a normal quality there's nothing special in the build quality of this laptop there are many companies like to tell in Sony which create amazing build quality with proper material and amazing fibre used in the making of the laptop but the building of this is Aspire 4710 is normal fibre and it can be broke if you just hold on your laptop even from your bed to the floor I must say the build quality is normal and you have nothing better than the other company.
the another point is easy to use there are many options which are really hard to understand first user but after getting work on this laptop for a 5 month you will be able to understand all the options but still at the first love you cannot understand all the function at once so really it is not that much is it to use laptop it takes time but after 526 months you will be happy too old to this Acer Aspire 4710 laptop.
The most important things of any laptop company is the customer service the after seeing customer service of any company in laptop is the most important thing but from my side I think the best customers after Sales Service is provided from the dead they provide home service whenever you call to the customer services they will come to your home and we'll take your laptop with their service centre their food is is not time waste of the customer because the repair will come at home and will solve the problem so it is really good but in compare to the Aircel is there is not that much good customers service database because the problem is that we have to go to the customer service centres and after that they will repair laptops in 728 days which is really because if we don't have any laptop for work it will just cost so so therefore it is really not that much good and pretty and the customer after sales services there are more issues also in the eyes because many customers have issued about that they have their problem correctly and even after Customer services the laptop is not working as per there expectation so acer there is not a company which give you the best after sales services.
Not talking about the style and looks Acer Aspire 4710 is it normal looking laptop not a stylish laptop provided by the HP or Dell company it is not at all slim it is really heavy and I really think that the weight can be lesser but the Acer Aspire 4710 is more heavier than the competitive companies like d is giving such a slim laptop which can be used anywhere and can be kept anyway so I really like HP company and if you are thinking for a slim and thin laptop then you should go for HP or Dell company acer is not compatible company.
Not the most important thing about any laptop is that whether the laptop is money work or we can say whether the laptop is really a value for money so from my opinion Acer Aspire 4710 is not at all the money was laptops in compared to their competitors if you are thinking to buy and gaming and highly performance laptop you should go for another companies available in the market and not to buy Acer Aspire 4710 from my side it is not at all recommended I am really regretted that why I have purchased this laptop it is better to purchase another company laptop from my side I will not recommend this laptop thanks a lot.
