I purchased a Acer Laptop and it started giving me problems in Mouse Touch pad. I registered a complaint with Acer - 1236479i. An executive visited my place and checked everything and said that he needs to get the Touch Pad replaced after 10 days he came with the touch pad fixed it and still it didn't work. He took the laptop for observation to his service center and now its been a month nobody called me or provided me any solution. I have called them Hundred times and found out that the problem is not getting resolved due to some manufacturing defect.
I sent an email to Abhilash who is suppose tro be their manager or support head I guess but No Replies. Then I called him and he said he doesn't even know what the problem is and about which laptop I am talking about. This is Acer Certified service. I have already sent email to ACER LTD and Acer INDIA however it seems they don't check their emails. Acer is a Worst Brand and Service is Pathetic. I am still waiting for resolution.
