I brought Acer Aspire laptop almost a year back for my personal use. I mostly used it to surf net and to store my personal documents as buying a PC would take in more space. Through the cost of the laptop was more, but still that was the option I choosed. When I brought the laptop the functioning was good and to satisfactory levels.
I encountered the first problem after 7 months when at the start of the laptop a white screen used to come. So I had to switch off the machine and again start then it would start normally. After some time the laptop would'nt start without showing the white screen, switching off and restarting again showed the same screen. Then the third time the laptop started again.
I sent the laptop to the service centre and they told me their was some IC problem and would be changed. After servicing the laptop started working normally. But again after one month the laptop again started showing the white screen. I went again to service centre and they again recttified the screen. I asked them the reason that the laptop again started showing white screen? They told me that their was some IC problem.
But I don't understand once the laptop is repaired how does it again gives problems? This was totally wrong on Acers part. My laptop is again giving problems by showing white screen, I now I don't believe that even acer can repaire my laptop. How come a laptop again after sending it to service centre twice again shows up the same problem.?
