Very disappointed with the recent service. Items which were bought to the notice of service engineer were not done and the vehicle came back in the same state as it was given for service, instead five additional items added to the invoice.
Spoke to AceHonda, they sent a complaint number and then no action for many days. Wrote a mail and got a mail back stating "Your message

Subject: Communication reference number 1-2048241253
Sent: 15/10/2014 11:50
was deleted on 15/10/2014 16:13".
Wrote to Honda India Corporate desk who in turn reached out to AceHonda and AceHonda writes back to call at a given number. Called them, no response and then wrote back to them. They send another number to call. This is how AceHonda Customer service functions - they will give you multiple numbers to call but they will not call back. Eventually spoke to the service engineer who had taken my vehicle - and he had no response for the issues I had raised. No discussion with the Service Manager or Customer relationship team yet!
