Its a great company but its results are not so good because the person employed in the company donot work properly they have to utilize ther inner strength into there work. For this there must be a hum ble environment of work other than to forcing some body to work hard. You can further add everybody equal in the law therefor equal holidays & equal salary according to work experience & educational qualifications.
