Accenture( INDIA) is the worst company in terms of policy. Every day they will be killing you softly with their very ILL policy. Their own HR will comment on their policy as evolving as they have been in india only less than a decade. Got no best employer to work in india. However has got best employer giving for both pink 1000 rs notes and pink slips aswell. Full of typical desi poltics and as with always the rules here is very diff. They will have 10 process all doing the same thing for a project. The over Kill of process and policy. They have specific Axe managers & HR's, they are speciallised in giving AXE. The managers and HR's most of the time will do WFH and expect their employee to Work 16 hrs at office.
Performance is just a eye wash, if you statisfy your immediate boss by sleeping with him you will get good words and perfomance. Even if you got a good performance award from a previous companies and are talented it doesn't matter here, as it is with the one supervisor who decides your performace without any documented evaluation techniques.
They don't have a BG check before hiring as EY currenty has after a highly talented suggestion and is one of the companies do advertising by giving news by firing people showing their poor performance in making effective policy which do not do a bg and performance validation before hiring.
