Hiring process in Accenture is worst in the IT Job Market. They create CID but they never respond on that. Only computer respond with automatic reply. They keep taking interviews for every project. I get pissed off of their Interview now.
Salary and Benefits are good but only for TL above position. Job Security is there. Career Growth get stopped at some point of time. Work Environment is not so bad still it same across the companies.
