Don't join Accenture, unprofessional people are working there who dont know anything and HR is worst.
I joined as an ASE, got campus placement, just regret my decision of joining,
After one year of working there in shifts, extra time(No extra dime), bearing humiliation of manager and TL, what you get is an extended period of probation and P.I.P. and it doesn't matter how better you perform P.I.P means exit.
After exit I wrote whole matter to Bhaskar Ghosh, but still of no use. He did handover the matter to a HR lead, which for first 3 weeks fooled me with saying "I am investigating on it" and I can guarantee you she did nothing, in the end after writing 3-4 reminder mails she scheduled the call.
On call she said that I have investigated about the behavior of manager and TL. an in doing so she has asked from every team mate about it and they are quite happy with behavior and management of Manager. However later that day when I asked some of my team mates, they said no one asked them about any feedback for same.
So whole company is full of crazy people who are on such an undeserving positions that even their father wouldn't have deserved it.
I made a mistake of joining Accenture, and ended up destroying my career.
I have one year experience of working in support i.e doing some stupid nontechnical work and now no one is willing to take me as neither fresher nor lateral.
