Accenture was a good company for fresher to start with. But now they have changed the structure of the company, it become very difficult for a grad to stay for more than 2 years with them. No hot skill bonus, annual assessment, long working hour and not employee friendly anymore. As a mnc, it has lost the appeal which it had earlier.
