Academy of Technology, shortly known as AOT in West Bengal. This college comes under West Bengal University of Technology(now known as Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology). I completed my B.Tech from this college in the year 2012. My stream was Applied Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering(AEIE). I can definitely say this is one of the best private engineering college in West Bengal.
Infrastructure, labs and its equipment etc are really very good and fully functional. In this college you will find cafeteria, basket ball ground, football ground, cricket ground and most importantly a fantastic pond inside the beautiful green campus. So the campus is really very beautiful. Now you can also find ATMs inside the campus itself.
The best thing of this college is the education system. Each and every teacher are very strict about study, exams, assignments etc. All professors have their experience and knowledge on their domain. You can easily find the best professors of West Bengal in AOT. Overall college is very strict. This college is recommended for those students who really want to know something in their engineering period, basically who are studious and focus for their future.
Last come to the point of placement, I can not tell that this college gives you 100% placement but if you deserve you will be placed from this college. So go for this college, this is not the best but really this is among the top 5 private engineering colleges in West Bengal.
