I had a very horrible experience with Abhibus.com. I tired booking the ticket through abhibus, but ticket confirmation was not done, only money was deducted.
Then I called customer care and enquirer about the issue. So one of the representative said that they will be booking ticket on behalf of me due to technical problem I couldn't do that and also I will be getting a call back, after 30 minutes.
Even though I waited for hours and hours I didn't get the call. so I called back to customer care regarding this twice, where every-time they said ticket will be booked for sure.They gave all of the assurance. I was convinced by their replies.
Till the day of my journey I didn't receive the ticket nor sms confirmation( only received verbal confirmation).I called them back to customer care of abhibus, on that day of journey, where one of the representative said that they have not booked the ticket and they have returned my money. How will some one feel when u hear that. Forget about money, how can we trust the people.I decided that I will not let any one to use abhibus.com and try to educate people its a worthless company. It sucks!
