I booked a ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad ac sleeper, and a day before I got a call that the bus got cancelled, but the booking status is showing the ticket in abhibus. So with great difficulty I raised a complaint in abhibus. In the last stage I couldn't get the other bus ticket so as there is no other go so booked SRS non-ac PY01CN3513.
Everytime I use to travel by Kaveri or Morningstar never faced any issue but for the first time I choose to go by SRS thats the big mistake I did, When I asked him to stop near marthahalli multiplex he ignored and the cleaner was very rude, When kaveri morningstar and other bus services are able to stop near multiplex then why this SRS is not able to stop.
Transport service is meant for customers service not for drivers convenience, When SRS people are not ready to cooperate with the customers then why should we travel in your bus. That's the reason I think when the bus stopped in Dhaba all the buses are fully occupied, except my bus which is half occupied. If the service is pathetic then who will opt for. Guys think before you travel, Never travel by SRS don't fall into the false publicity.
Recognised by Govt of India. It might be the worst service recognization by the Govt I think.
