Hello guyss, I have been there in the gym for 1 year and I was amazed by the workout I did there and within few months I got a great shape. honestly I was a bit fat guy so I joined gym but I could have joined any gym but I choose this one because of the crowd which was a quality crowd I mean there were quality people in gym and also the staff members or the trainers was so generous and knowledgable that I got helped from them to get a nice body and I honestly suggest you to join it because they have recently bought new equipments which were very nice even they provided the diet which was very much suitable and effective
