I generally regularly use chakki atta for chapati making in my home. I buy first whole wheat grains and then I give it to the grinder's shop who grinds it and make the flour from it. The chapati made from this chakki atta is very tasty.
One time I bought Aashirvaad atta and regretted buying it. Although the chapati made from it looks soft but it is not nutritious at all. These packed wheat flours do not contain much fiber in them which makes them very smooth and the chapati made from them are also soft. But this is not good for health because we need lots of fiber in our diet to fulfill the needs of our body which needs fibers for vital functions in our body. So guys, chakki atta which is grinded from whole wheat grain on the grinder shop is the best for health and it also tastes good. So, don't use packaged flour.
