I have been using Aashirvaad Atta since I started to live outside of my hometown. In the start I used to purchase some comparatively cheaper Atta bags like'Shri' and other local available in the market to save some money but never been satisfied with any of those.
So I eventually I had to start purchasing good quality Aashirvaad Atta and I must say it taste so well, Chapati's are very crunchy and never get hard even several hours after cooking it.
But One thing I noticed recently is that they aremixing too much Plain Floor( maida) in it, it affects the quality of the Chapati, it make them kind of rubbery. But still better product than the competition. : -)
