My sibling got admission in Sikar College and Hostel, so Our family gets many chances to visit there when we lived in Delhi. Sikar is just one night journey from Delhi, and best way to go by road, as Jaipur national highway is very much easy way for journey.
We are from Rajasthan, that's why we prefer journey in Rajasthan as easily can take break anywhere in the middle of journey. No language problem, feel like home and specially yummy food in fact pure vegetarian food is very easily available in Rajasthan.
This place is special because my sibling told me about this awesome place, when she was in hostel, mostly their friends groups comes to Jaipur, in middle this place Aapno Gaon comes, so it becomes their regular eat place.
I have found this place in little bit far from Main road, but also heard from others, so really well known place.
This place is for me similar to Chokhi Dhani, but here the food is much better than chokhi dhani or any other traditional fair.
Ambiance of this place is just like Rajasthani village, but food is also just like Rajasthani flavor. My most favorite dish is here truly yummy - Kair Sangri ki Sabzi. The other curry is Sira Badi, I was amazed because here the sira badi is in square shape where as at home we mostly made them in any shape but not perfect square shape, yes here its little bit spicy as mostly Rajasthani people use spice and Red chili.
The Bajre ki Rotis, Pure Ghee, Gud - Jaggery all is just awesome. Must come here once for awesome lunch.
Now in south missed this place, and in future when ever gets chance will surely go again to enjoy.
