You have just been selected for “Amitabh Sir ki class “ or more simply put, the IBBR…( Institute for Blind Bank Robbers )
HISTORY
The founder , Amitabh a.k.a. Vijay Singh Rajput, ( not “Vijay Dinanath Chauhan”, for a change! ) was a schizoidal bank manager of Vilasrao Jefferson Bank. Having dedicated his life for this institute, he was sacked for beating up a corrupt official. This institute has been formed to circumvent his frustration and to bring the bank to its knees.
OBJECTIVE
You have been selected to do the impossible, to commit an act never seen, nor heard, to go down in the annals of history to be collectively called………
The First Group of Blind Men to Loot a Bank!
for which you will be paid 50 lakh rupees on completion of the mission. Till such time you will stay in the Institute.
CURRICULUM
You will be under the privileged guidance of the beautiful Sushmita, Neha for you. ( but you won’t enjoy her beauty….hehe..you can’t see, remember ! ). For all practical purposes, you will deal directly with Neha, nowhere will you even mention Rajput. Your colleagues will be Akshay ( Mr. Sixthsense ), Arjun ( Woodface ) and Paresh ( The Joker )
Your activities will include walking with your feet tied ( to match your steps with your colleagues ) shooting at a bottle in a wheel ( refer the book “ Shabdhabhedi Baan “ by King Pandu….Mahabharat Publications ) and rehearsing the robbery to the tee. Though you will be overseen by Rajput, you will be oblivious to his presence, even though repeatedly suggested so by Mr. Sixthsense.
ENTERTAINMENT
This will mainly comprise of playing football in the rain and avoiding the ditches made specially for you to fall into. To play safe you may follow the intuitions of Mr. Sixthsense. You could also dream about romancing the pretty Neha, ( even though you have never seen her ) and sing songs with her. Altenatively, you could talk about your past girlfriends, your agony tales and sulk. All other entertainment will be provided by The Joker with his smart oneliners and his takes on Woodface.
Once, in your entire course, you will be allowed to run out of the Institute and sing impromptu on the busy streets.
MISSION
On D-Day, things wil never go as planned. You will have to be smart-witted, expect the unexpected. The joker, true to his name, will goof up the most so beware! Rajput will be there to guide you, all the same and you shall be expected to get him hostage. However, to save your skin, it is suggested that you drop him and get someone else, keep the loot moving and eventually, abscond with it, giving Schizo a run for his money…..literally !!
In the event that the cops run into you, ( which in all probability they will! ) play natural, play blind and no one will believe that you could pull this one!

NOW, SERIOUSLY !!!
The film is a stunner, with great acting by all! Ab steals the show with his schizoid act, and Paresh Rawal with his humor. Akki and Sush are passable, though Akki’s sixth sense is a bit hard to believe at times.
The plot is great, the story, gripping but the ending, dragged!
All in all, a great film, with AB as the topping !!
