Aamir Khan did not like Devdas? It is nothing new because he never likes other actors movies especially Shahrukh Khan .He felt the same with DDLJ. He knows what ever he may do but he can never overtake SRK at least in popularity among fans.
Aamir is good actor but not gr8 actor. Remember before Lagaan he was written off and also Lagaan worked not because of Aamir but because of gr8 direction and super music similar in case of Dil Chahta Hai.
Saif Ali khan was more liked than Aamir. Mr. Aamir Khan even if you have 10 more Lagaan’s in your hand SRK needs just 1 DDLJ or Kal Ho Na Ho to be ahead of you. He never attends any award functions which show his disrespect towards his colleagues. Then why did he attend Oscar’s awards?
In his personal life also he is a big failure so Mr.Aamir khan better correct yourself before correcting others. I bet just release SRK film and Aamir khan's film on same day then you will know the difference you can know who Badshah of Bollywood is. I think Aamir is most over rated and over confident person in the film industry.
He has no right to comment on any body' performance and when he talks about King Khan of Bollywood one should laugh it off. Is he so perfect???? He has maintained his strategy and works like a snail in 20-50 takes for a scene.
Aamir can't match the spontaneity or energy of Shahrukh and yes Aamir can't dance at award functions as Shahrukh links very easily with every body and has more mass appeal. Aamir has forgotten his performance in Mela or what??
I really have a problem when most journalists call Aamir perfect. Geez, I find him to be light-years away from perfection. Do you think getting his hairstyle right, and doing different things out of the tea pot is perfection? Will anyone tell me what makes Aamir Khan perfect?
Maybe someone needs to write a column on Mouthshut answering this. Mahesh Bhatt once put things in the right place when he said ''I don’t think Aamir Khan has improved as an actor from when he started.'' I think he is 100% correct and if he is even remotely correct.
Then Aamir was just a perfect actor the moment he started acting!! Which is just plain ridiculous? I get to see the same Aamir Khan in every film of his - plain old repetitive Aamir, the way he cries.
The way he get angry making the body sway one way or the other and clutching his teeth, the way he laughs - it is always a mocking laugh. It is always the same Aamir. Someone please explain why he is perfect. Heck, please explain why he is anywhere near perfect.
